Channeling is a psychic/spiritual practice in which a living person collaborates with another spirit to communicate information and opinions. In the process of channeling, ideally, the spirit of the channel steps into the background, and that of the channeled spirit enters the channel's aura, moves into the foreground of the channel's awareness, and engages in useful communication or healing.
